The company’s return policy is the following:
- Customers has 14 days from receipt to return items
- Returned items must have tags still on.

How do I wear the GoodBack?
Will I get hot?
The GoodBack is specifically made of very light weight, breathable fabric to keep you cool. In fact, it weighs less than 1 lb. so you’re likely to forget you have it on.
Can I wash It?
Yes, you can. We recommend washing your GoodBack in the regular cycle with cold water & and tumble dry on low heat. There’s no need to remove the memory foam insert.
What size do I need?
Please refer to the size chart for guidance. NOTE: If you fall on one of the overlapping waist sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size to ensure you can get the GoodBack nice and snug if desired.
Can I use it if I sleep on my stomach?
The GoodBack is primarily for side &back sleepers. Stomach sleepers can use it but will need to rotate the GoodBack 180 degrees, placing the foam portion around their pelvis and below the belly button to raise the hips during sleep. Adjust to fit your comfort needs, If any pain or discomfort occurs, discontinue use in this manner.
What fabric is the GoodBack made of?
The GoodBack is made of a 95% polyester/ 5% Spandex Blend.
What Type of Foam is Used?
The GoodBack utilizes a hypoallergenic memory foam.
How often should I wear the GoodBack?
The GoodBack can be worn anytime you’re at home relaxing or sleeping to help support your low back to prevent pain and discomfort. Take your comfort with you! Rolls up and easily fits in your backpack or carry-on luggage.
